We are a cosy restaurant in Vejle on the corner of Dæmningen and Vissingsgade; a modern steakhouse with an authentic and personal style, where you just sit down, lean back and enjoy a nice evening.
Our menu is classic with the main focus on the quality meat and the season’s right ingredients. We have an a la carte menu, and then we have our 3 course seasonal menu, which changes 4-6 times annually according to the season’s ingredients.
Our appetizers and desserts are also chosen out of the seasonal ingredients and our own interpretations of good classics that produce nostalgia and good memories with a little twist and of course served with lots of taste and refinement.

At SteakeRiet, you experience the best quality beef, which originates primarily from Australian and New Zealand Hereford and Black Angus beef cattle that have been freely grazing throughout their lives. Our popular lamb tenderloin is also from New Zealand. The fish is always sustainable where the quality and ethics behind follow our requirements.
For a good steak, a nice glass of wine belongs… We have a very wide selection, which is chosen together with our talented and faithful staff and not least our good suppliers through many years. Of course we have some of the well known wine classics that match a good steak, but our philosophy here is, we also dare to try some not as well known wine, however you get a very delicious wine in your glass at a reasonable price maybe with a little anecdote together with a fantastic taste.
